Hep knew he had to lose weight when his wife started calling him 'Walrus' outside of the bedroom. That and being beaten by Cypher in an arm wrestling pushed him into getting fit again. And here you can see the results of his efforts looking mightily pleased with himself. Now, he may be heavier than when he had his big gut, but its all good!! ^ ^
