Cinn's name is short for Cinnabar . Cinnabar is a gem thats found in different shades of red on a while base , hence her color pallet. and cinnabar is found in large pieces , witc is why Cinn is fat.

so hes a bad gem. any gem that would force fusion on a gem is a bad one. so proved the episode that played today were garnet and steven found out peridot was forcing gems to fuse by breaking there gems up and burying them together in the kindergarten.

also all gems are genderless but they use female pronouns. its on the wiki.

well there certainly have not been any recorded "male" gems. its stated they all go by female pronouns. so a male would not be canin.

true to an exstent. theres different catagories of fans. the ones thatt create there oc's based off of canon facts backstories and historys. and the ones that say f it and make choices with there ocs that divert from the canon world and can make the rest of the fandom look uneducated.

ive been on both sides of the fence. My homestuck troll used to be a mockery and non canon , but thanks to help and info from another fan , i was able to make her canon.

I dont like my fan characters to make the rest of the fandom look bad to outsiders.

i guess think of it this way. u never met an ab/babyfur before. then at a convention u get stuck renting a room with a babyfur who walked around in just shitty diapers , left the room a mess , and made it an all around bad experience.

a poorly made fan oc can have the same effect if the first one u meet , is badly created , or a mockery of the fandom its from. can make others look bad.

some people dont realize how there non canon stuff can be viewed. im ust saying some people look down on it. if someone is new to the fandom , its important to enlighten them on whats right and whats not. so they can improve there oc if they wish.
