As the night continued Maota had cried himself to sleep as Perella left his room, while Nyaria was in her room looking out her window to the night sky while her hair was being brushed.

Perella returned to the bedchamber where Roergan had just gotten ready for bed, Perella rubbed Roergan shoulders from behind while kissing his cheek, "It's good to have you back my love." "It is good to be back." he said gently touching her paw.

"I know it is late, but can you tell me about this 'Omni', how long as he been here?" Roergan asked as Perella looks to him, "Well, he's been here for about 5 months since Nyaria's return from visiting the Edrahd Kingdom." she said.

"That long? ... how much do you know about him?" he asked as Perella said that she's not spoken to him personally but asked Nyaria and learned that Omni is an orphan that Nyaria saved from death from the Prince of Edrahd.

"And that is all I know, other than that he's been a good friend to our son, a worthy student to Eingrahm and makes our daughter smile from her heart for the first time in years." she said as Roergan thinks a bit before they head to bed.

As the morning rose over the horizon the first thing that began was Nyaria pleading to let Omni go, "Father, uncle, please, I beg of you to let Omni go, he is-" "A monster that deserves to be caged or killed."

"Brother Cladius, please, let my daughter speak." he said, "Thank you father. I want to tell you that Omni is an orphan, he's very kind and gentle, it's just that people don't see him like I do."

Nyaria continued to speak, "He's not a monster, he's just like us, someone wanting love and attention." "Like us?" Cladius started, "Have you seen what it looks like? He's not like us, also he's a stray, he shouldn't be in the castle."

Nyaria was about to speak again but Roergan raised his paw, "Enough. Daughter, I've heard your plea and consider it but until I've made my decision, he will remain where he is." he said as Nyaria bowed her head and left.

"One of us, monsters like that don't love. They only manipulate others minds w/ lies and deception." "Silence Cladius... I will listen to my family before I make a decision on the one called, 'Omni'." he said.

"Now go find Eingrahm, I wish to speak w/ him... alone." he said as Cladius left and let Eingrahm and Roergan speak, "Your majesty." "Raise, Sir Eingrahm... I want you to tell me about this 'Omni' and the time he's been here." he said as Eingrahm began.

While Omni looked at the sky thinking to himself, Cladius checked on Omni and ordered the soldiers to take the cloak and put the wall chains on him as well as chaining his arms and legs, no one was to take them off until he said so.

The soldiers having seen Omni enough w/ the princess were still not used to him but Omni didn't resist when they put it on him, Omni was deep in thought thinking about yesterday when he was w/ Maota and Nyaria in the countryside.

Eingrahm spoke w/ the king to soon finish everything that's happened that he has witnessed while around Omni, "And that's what I have observed over the time he has been living here, thanks to Princess Nyaria." he said.

The king nods gently, "I see... and what is your impression of him?" "... since I first saw him, he appeared like a monster... but... since the Princess has been around him, he's been like a lost child wanting to be accepted." he said.

The king looked at him a lil surprised, "A lost child, you say?" he asked, "Yes sir, it is like that saying, 'See the heart to see the truth.' and our princess saw past his appearance and saw his true self." he said.

Meanwhile the cell door opens as Omni looked to see Maota and Nyaria walk in, Maota slightly started to cry seeing Omni like this as Nyaria felt her heart become a lil heavy in guilt for this, Omni was just glad to see them.

The gave Omni food, drink and a blanket to keep him warm while giving him some company, Nyaria told Omni she was going to try and convince her father some more to free him and encouraging him to hang on a lil longer.

"I'll be fine, Nyaria, Maota. I... I trust... that you'll get me free." he said smiling gently, Maota and Nyaria then leave Omni as he sat there, while Nyaria walked w/ her brother but gently cried wishing to not fail him.

"But I will say this... when I spar w/ him, it is like nothing I've felt before. It's like I'm fighting a master hidden deep inside this young soul, he even used a technique that I was perfecting, flawlessly, on his first try."

The king sat up, "... on his first try?" "Yes... but it allowed me to see what I was missing that when I tried it later, I was successful." he said as the king then spoke, "... Eingrahm... I know my daughter and son like Omni... but what of you?" he asked.

Eingrahm thinks for a moment then gave his answer to his king before being dismissed as he sat there thinking to himself about all he's heard from his wife, daughter and his top royal guard to decide on Omni's fate.
