CONGRATULATIONS TO MY RAFFLE WINNER 
<3 I wanted to make the reference a surprise but there were a couple things I wasn't totally sure of so if there's something off or missing, just note me and i'll sort it out right away!~
I also had fun designing your cutie an outfit <3 I hope it fits her cute style :^)
I know it's not lolita but I'm not actually super comfortable with drawing lolita style so I went with her pastel, cute things and obviously LoL theme ;)
