
High in protein, and easy preparation. Make sure to check to make sure your eggs are safe to eat raw before doing so. This recipe makes a lot of food for one person it could be separated into two portions.

2 eggs (one yolk separated)
1 Can of Tuna
½ onion
fresh chives (optional)
fresh parsley (dried may be used)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Siracha Sauce
2 tbsp Mayonnaise (not pictured)
1 cup rice
Prepare the rice.
In a pan, fry onions with a light amount of oil when browned reduce to medium heat. Add soy sauce, sake, tuna, and Siracha. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low add parsley, chives and mayonnaise to incorporate.
Once rice is ready add egg and cook halfway through. Add mixture on top of rice and top with the uncooked egg yolk
