you should try a type of fabric neck piece. It will look pretty decent, and wont wear down with use. I hope it all goes alright.

I made one, but it's not tight enough. I don't like the way it looks.
I made another thing out of duct tape, which I don't think is going to work (too shiny looking). But I also went out and bought black medical tape so we'll see if that will work. I did a preliminary wrap around but it wouldn't stay up high enough on the neck without choking me. But it's past midnight here so I will try again tomorrow and see how it goes.

If those don't work, my next method of attack is going to be buy a new under armor long sleeve shirt, cut off a sleeve and hope it'll work out (though the more I think about this, the more I think it won't).

Outside this, I will have to order a turtle neck and hope it gets here in time for the next con in September.
