This is a brown spotted Tufted Ryucat from the Chubu region, near the base of Mt. Fuji.
It's abilites are:
Sleep Hypnosis - can make anyone fall asleep at will, sometimes itself by accident.
Plant Healer - Can heal and ill or dying plant.
Rock Formation - Has the ability to change the shape of rocks.

He is perfect.
I actually live in Japan. and lost my second son the beginning of this year.. I've been thinking and thinking of a small kitty with wings (His name was Tsubasa.. which literately means wings) to represent him in my art.. this little guy would be perfect. And he is fluffy like me :3
