Yes!! I finally figured out how to draw an Otter-ish character!!! (Sort of, it needs improvement, I know.) This is Otto Water, (yes, all my characters' names are bad puns, deal with it!) one of Joe and Pocha's friends from school. And no, that is not a horribly disproportionate surfboard... It is in fact, a Skim Board, like the one in this picture:
