She won him in a raffle on FB from Tiffany Turcotte, who we can no longer find on FB. If anyone knows what her page might be on any art site or on FB please let me know so that I can give her proper credit. I tried reverse image search but came up with nothing :/

Anyway, this little dude might end up being Glaukos's mate but I have not decided yet.
