First thing, the "veins" are fur designs, not an actual blood veins running on the arms and legs. The hearts are on his chest (where his real heart is) and right butt cheek.

For both arms, the design is like a blood vein that begins on the tip of the index finger and runs up the arm to the shoulder, like the example shown. Once it reaches the shoulder, it splits up into 4 smaller veins. One of those 4 veins runs to the middle of the heart on his chest, for both arms, like how it is shown. The other veins run across his shoulders where you might see them from the back, like how it is shown.

For legs, the design is also like a blood vein that begins on the tip of the index finger/toe and runs up the leg until the hip area, like the example shown. Once it reaches the hips it also splits into 4 smaller veins. However, one of those 4 veins are connected to one of the smaller veins of the other leg. A different small vein on the right leg goes around the right side of his body and connects to the heart on his butt, like how it is shown.

Fur is pink, veins and tail are violet, eyes are green, and inner ears are a darker shade of pink that you see all around his body.
