This is a new color commission that was recently done for me by 
saphine which shows my superheroine character, Rising Sun, the National Heroine of Japan, standing before mount fuji as it lies underneath the rising sun.
I hope you folks like the drawing which finally shows both Rising Sun and her costume in color. I know that I do.

You seems to forget about her backstory where she caught the fanboys in the government doing several illegal things in order for them to see her with very little clothing, and using that evidence against them to leverage her being able to wear what she wants to wear, not what she was being forced to wear.
And this was when she was wearing what the law required to wear, so she was not in violation at the start. She was just able to use their misssdeeds against her to be able to wear what she prefers to wear.
