Finally! After a good bit of work I finished my Fursona's Reference picture. I'm very happy with the way it turned out considering I don't draw anthros very often at all. I only recently started considering becoming more active in the community after encouragement from friends, and am very happy that I did ^^ I'm still new but I'm looking to meet many more of you and leave my mark on the community hopefully for the better ^^ Please comment and let me know what you think :D

Bio:
Taken from his family at a young age, Jyoo C Froot was used for many years as an animal test subject for a human cosmetics company. The tests preformed on him left his fur color permanently dyed pink and purple, his paw pads, ears, and mouth stained blue, his mind somewhat stunted, and his pelt smelling very lightly of fresh fruit no matter how dirty he gets. The tests also drastically changed his temperament resulting in Jyoo C Froot being excessively friendly almost to a fault and lacking a majority of natural wolf instincts with the exception of having to make his own bedding by tearing things up, and liking to chase things. Being in isolation also left Jyoo C Froot with a severe lack of understanding of the world around him which usually results in total fascination of even the most simple of things.

After he became so altered by the tests that he could no longer provide uncontaminated test results, Jyoo C Froot was released back into the wild and unable to remember much of the time he spent in captivity or anything before that. His earliest clear memory was some time after he was released, stumbling into a farm house's laundry line and "Borrowing" the tattered boots and pants that he wears to this day. As he couldn't remember his life before or during the tests and was amazed by everything around him Jyoo C Froot began wandering around the world usually in empty Boxcars along the rails, the young wolf dog began to develop a very free roaming and cheery hobo-like demeanor; meeting small camps of gypsies, hobos, and other people which helped give him what little understanding of the world he has until he eventually ended up in the place he considers his home "Pelican's Bay".

Pelican's Bay is a small town whose primary export is fish which is gathered by old steam boats and shipped out along their main industry, a town owned railway, and is seemingly stuck in time sometime around the 1950s. It is here that Jyoo C Froot met the majority of his friends and where he stays as it supplies most of his food unintentionally along the pier. With an incredible curiosity Jyoo C Froot will often find himself in trouble in the many adventures he gets sucked in to and explores a great deal. Due to Pelican's Bay's remote location and Jyoo C Froot's scrambled memory, he is also unfamiliar with and confused by the appearance of humans or concepts like Parents, Relatives, or things along that line.

Quirks: 1. Despite using rather large complex words randomly as he speaks in small spurts of surprising intelligence, Jyoo C Froot will often pronounce simple words entirely wrong by either over emphasizing incorrect syllables or using the wrong pronunciation of the letters making said word. 2. Jyoo C Froot is HIGHLY energetic to the point that he cannot hold still for very long if at all. This usually results in him swaying or bouncing when standing in place. 3. As Jyoo C Froot has a very limited understanding of things he usually does not spell his name consistantly as his only understanding of letters is that they make sounds and when you put them together you can make people make words out of them. His name can range from Jyoo C Froot to Juucee fruute and anywhere in between!
