I've been getting messages about rainy day icons here lately, and I apologize in advance if I haven't replied to you. I've had my head up my butt, and it is ugly.
On the bright side, I'd like to just offer this base as a free base for everyone to use now. I'm hoping to put something new together soon, and this seems like the best course of action.
All I ask is that if you do use the base, please credit back to me! I would also enjoy seeing what you create, if you'd like to drop a shout/comment/note!

Ahh, it should be ready to go as far as animation goes, once you open it in photoshop (or gimp I guess??). All the frames should be in perfect order, so when you save for the web as a GIF it should stay animated.

Ah, I'm not sure! I know when I worked on this particular icon I was working on it in Manga Studio, which doesn't support animation. But I was still able to save it as PSD and transfer it over to photoshop where I could animate it. So, perhaps! Maybe someone familiar with sai will see this and be able to clarify!

Ah, it looks just fine! It's a little quicker, than the original, but that's not a bad thing! I was just curious.
I used manga studio as well, and at first I would save each individual frame and upload it to ezimba to animate it. Then I figured out how to do it in Photoshop ha ha. But it looks good! I'm so happy to see someone use it. I'll stop rambling now. /excite
