There aren't many facts that Sarah McAfee deliberately keeps secret (at least from non-humans), but most that know her "friends" (associates at Man-Eaters Anonymous, a few co-workers and a few other Felton folk) will say that she's not exactly forthcoming on exact details. It's common knowledge among those groups that Sarah is a Red Cap, a kind of blood thirsty Fae known for killing mortals and staining a scrap of cloth, hat or scarf and wearing it to maintain their life and youth. It's known that she got tired of the killing after over a century of roaming Ireland and the U.K. and started to try another way to live. Everyone in M.E.A. knows that's why she works at Felton General Hospital as a janitor - sopping up blood here and there with her red bandana to keep it fresh and sustain her existence without having to harm anyone.

That's what's commonly known. The exact details, though, belong to Miss McAfee and Miss McAfee alone. The same goes for her well known dislike of other Fae, or why she chooses to live in a hotel outside town, keeping to herself when she isn't at work, at M.E.A. meetings, or very rarely - when the mood strikes her - to prowl one of the Felton Underground's bars for a strong brew or the rare bit of pleasant company. Her youth isn't so well maintained due to the secondhand blood she dyes her bandana with, but most would agree she's a fit, if mature, woman…

A woman with particular needs. For further reasons that are her own, she rarely takes up the company of men her own (physical) age; she prefers women either near her maturity (early fifties by human standards) or younger, and men must be at least ten years her junior, if not younger. In her books, the younger and more exotic the better in a lover… When asked why she has such preferences, she merely smiles or chuckles wryly and goes about her business.

Annnnnd that's the last of the  KawaiiJumi head shots for a while, and I've finally written a True Facts for this batch I'm more or less quite happy wife - not insanely long, but with enough detail and info to give an idea. The others did that latter part, but they definitely were on the longer side... Oh well! Maybe I'm just being overly critical.

At any rate, I absolutely ADORE Sarah's head shot; she came out just gorgeously, and I'm jonesing to get her colored. That'll have to wait a little bit, though; got some other things what need to be commissioned and paid for first. If you want to catch the sketch version, check in scraps after a few hours - I'd put it up now, but things to do and I have to be heading off. Hope you like the lovely lady as much as I do!
