^^ Long-awaited page two (or at least, long-awaited by me XD I need to star myself in more noms!) of this nine-or-maybe-ten-pager. I have one more page with cleaned-up lines that I'd like to get to tomorrow, but considering the ink shading on the maw internals... may take longer to digitally finish it. ^^'
For those who are worried about the poor elf fella... don't worry. ;) He will be absolutely fine, he's just not been made aware of this yet. Bit of a spook for him, little more. XD
General Plot Introduction
Fae folk such as elves are seldom seen nowadays--they keep out of human reach with ease even in a shrinking wilderness. But one morning Spider realizes a strange and tiny figure is in their enclosure, which is anything but a natural wild. The staff are scarce... so far. Best to take charge, before it's too late! Spider wraps their tail about the dozing humanoid and pauses, anxious to see how they can solve this problem...

Frankly I would also be terrified if I awoke to a giant snake yet.....there's something about the face in the first panel that makes it a little...calming or knowledgeable perhaps. (Then again, the face reminds me of say a Wood Elf from Skyrim but still)
The only thing that would make this more terrifying for me....is waking up to a GIANT SPIDER/Scorpion/Wasp/Hornet. (Seriously, f*ck those bugs, especially the last two; dang bee impersonators)
