This is something I've never done before but it looked like fun so HERE WE ARE. Here's how this is gonna go:
This auction is for the egg in the image! Specifically, it's for whatever comes out of the egg. What's inside? Who knows! That's where you come in.
The resulting design will of course match the egg it hatched from (which...it's looking at you, right? It's not just me? That's a little-- ). BUT there's a few things you get a say in.
What you get to decide:
NAME: (Duh!)
SPECIES: (Can be anything...or nothing! Please specify if you want feral, anthro, or some crazy 3rd option I didn't think of)
GENDER: (If any!)
PERSONALITY: (Please be brief! A few keywords will do)
DO NOT WANT: (Anything you absolutely positively DON'T want for the final design. Don't want you to pay for something you can't use!)
The final design is YOURS, forever and ever until you die or resell it or will it to your next of kin. When you post the image I draw for it !!PLEASE CREDIT ME AS ARTIST AND DESIGNER!!, otherwise you are free to love and cherish it and use it for whatever awful things you want.
This auction ends at midnight on OCTOBER 12TH 2015. To prevent sniping, any bids made past 11:30 PM will extend the auction by 30min!
The auction tiers:
STARTING BID: $30 - A single flat-color image of the resulting design
BID: $40 - 3 Expressions of your choosing
BID: $50 - A back view OR an outfit OR a weapon
BID: $60 - Choose 2 of the previous tier
AUTOBUY BID: $70 - The whole shebang! Everything listed above
Not enough? If you win the bid we can discuss prices for additional options!
Payment required within 24 hours of winning, otherwise will be given to next highest bidder!

Yep! The design that comes out sticks with the general look/theme of the egg, but you get to decide all the details listed in the info. The final design is a surprise, and you get to keep it as your own character.
This is my first one so I don't have my own examples, but searching "egg adoptable" or "egg auction" on FA should give you an idea of how this works!
