Well, first off you exile the top card of your opponent's library, making it completely unrecoverable, as opposed to having them discard it, which makes it possible, but still difficult, for them to get back. Second off, if you do manage to activate the ultimate, ALL of your creatures until the end of time will have deathtouch, P/T buff aside, which would get extremely OP in any kind of deck that creates a lot of minions.

I still think a lot of them would be unbalanced for normal play, but if you and your friend are making custom decks that are equally overpowered, then they're balanced just by virtue of two 10 pound weights balancing each other just as well as two 100 pound weights. I must say, though, those are pretty devastating looking
There's a program called "Magic Set Editor" that can be used to make very professional looking cards very fast, and it even has a built in thing that lets you make custom set icons, I'd recommend you take a look at it if you like designing Magic cards

In my honest opinion, This card is a lot more balanced than other "official" MTG planeswalkers I've seen. Heck, there are cards that are three cost that exile cards from graveyards being played in standard right at this very moment! Think of Kiora's ult where you get a 9/9 every turn. I think this is very well thought out! And the way the art is done is very appealing!
