Well, in general any six-limbed critter like that, where the bottom part is like a non-anthro animal and the upright part is like an anthro of the same kind of animal is called a 'taur,' after centaurs, which are similar. Specific kinds usually get the name prefixed: cattaur, foxtaur, wolftaur.
