Decided to do a third redesign for my Charmander self.~
This time, I decided to slightly change the tone of my blue tail. Since it seemed like my tail wasn't quite meshing well with the rest of me. So I put a flame pattern on it. As well as having a red flame symbol on my cheek. Hopefully to balance things out, and maybe make things look more exciting. I also decided to make the eyes smaller, to help add some character to it.~ Many thanks to
