fun fact, the whole jack o' lantern thing came from an old English story of a man who tricked the devil up a tree and thus was bared entrance from both heaven, hell and purgatory, so he was forced to wander the earth forever with nothing to guide him but a lantern made of turnip... Which slowly was basteredised until it became a pumpkin in modern culture because reasons I guess...?
