*blush* I don't yet know how to end a song well.
I wrote a scrap, available at "http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1836791/";. It finishes every section with a cadence, and the song as a whole with a overly-full cadence (a regular cadence, then a plagal cadence.) And it sounds...
...weak.
In order to keep interest in songs, I tend to use half-cadences at the end of phrases. But I can't find a good ending for a piece as a whole.

Sorry, I do have ADD, and I almost stopped it before the drum intro was finished. And then again at :21 and then at :31 and then at :49, but I stuck with it each time because of the ADD reference I also had to laugh because I really was bored by reading the description by the time you mentioned that.
