History: When Akeyo was a child, her village in Kenya was struck by a wave of disease. A call went out for help, and that came when Medic Mouse flew over and worked tirelessly to create a cure. Akeyo admired the tiny heroine, especially when the petite field mouse discovered that an enemy had deliberately sent that plague, the leader of a rival clan. Medic Mouse soon tracked him down and singlehandedly destroyed his secret base and captured all of his followers. The young cougaress decided to dedicate her life to medicine and worked very hard all through school, eventually getting her Medical Degree from the University of Nairobi. It was soon after that when the clan leader who had attacked her village with plague earlier escaped. Determined to bring him to justice, Akeyo rushed into the jungle to track him down. Unknown to her, a true African Bureau superheroine, Leaping Springbok, was already on his trail. Going in alone, the masked springbok was ambushed and captured. Akeyo, upon finding the hideout, risked her own life to sneak into the complex to free her. The two of them defeated the leader and his new gang, but not without injury. Seeing Akeyo's bravery and desire to help her defeated enemies, a floating wooden mask appeared above her. This was the same ancient spirit that had given Leaping Springbok her superpowers. Reading her mind, the spirit granted Akeyo her heart's desire, to have the same superpowers and abilities of her idol, Medic Mouse. With her new powers, Akeyo worked to heal the foes she and Leaping Springbok had just captured. Upon hearing of her exploits, Cleopatra, the Bureau of Superheroes Director of the Africa Region, encouraged her to become a registered superhero. After graduating from the Bureau Academy in America in 2014, Akeyo, who chose the superhero name 'Hello Nurse' from a cartoon program she had watched as a youth, was assigned to the London Bureau HQ, as the Chief Medical Officer. She also chose to dress as a nurse, in honor of Medic Mouse.

Personality: Akeyo is surprisingly mature for one so young. She can be a little too serious at times, but generally, she is a warm, caring furson. Being such a tall beauty, she's often the object of male desire, both by friend and foe alike. Hello Nurse truly cares about the well being of others.
