Darkk has the appearance of both a furred arctic dragon and a swamp dragon giving him his partial brightly furred but dark-scaled look. From what is known... his Dam haled from the northern tundras of what is modern day Alaska, and his Sire haled from an ancient swamp area near what is known in modern day as Po Valley in Italy. He still very much prefers the colder weather and regions despite having a swampy ancestry. Darkk is only a shortened nickname... kind of like calling a person named William "Bill". His full name <redacted> pronounced in the human tongue is akin to an early Italian dialect roughly meaning "Ice Shaver". He is very adaptable and fluid to change in different environments, and he has been known to take on the forms of other creatures intentionally or not including two-legs. No matter his appearance... this reference image is his natural (and much preferred/comfortable) state.
I have been connected to Darkk since my earliest waking moments, and he has been with me my entire life. We are very close in thought and mannerisms, and he for all intents and purposes for good or ill is the other half of me. <placeholder for future information>
