I really love the way 
reagan700 draws big musclegut characters, and his work did give a good chunk of inspiration for making this character. This is a size typical of the giant kobold after he's had a decent meal. Of course, a decent meal for him is at least 10 gallons of food.
As for the wish that made him giant, he said "big and fat" but was misheard as saying "big and fast." That is how he is such a speedster despite his obese build and squat legs.

Whoa, "lifts your huge belly and lets it drop" a magick wish-granting dragon caused this? "nuzzles to your huge squishy belly and leans against it and sinks into it" do you mind or not? I have huge love of kobolds, especially big fat fierce-but-cute, and comfy canine-like kobolds such as you and Illfang, don't mind if I rest a bit do you?
Nice character Giygas good to see more of us SAO-like Kobolds out there I would like to learn more about Brenfire here, seems like a nice guy and no doubt that he's planning ways of making him and that belly bigger.
