Okay, so I epically messed up the last one, but I've given it a second try with something more awesome and dynamic and..... ended up with this.
There are quite a few flaws with it, and I'm not sure that I managed to include EVERYthing that Runes character has or is... but I gave it my best shot and I'm proud of how different and awesome this one turned out too.
The only MAJOR flaw with this one is the wings, though they look completely draconic here they're actually fur covered. There's a final sketch to this where I've added the wing fur in and it looks MUCH better. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1855338/
