The Egyptians have the oldest story on the creature that is the phoenix. In their creation story after the land rose from the ocean of chaos the first phoenix was born from the fires of Ra the creator to herald in the beginning of creation and time itself. To the Egyptians of antiquity when they first formed their civilization around the island they believed was the first land to rise from chaos the story of the phoenix was already considered older than how old we know the Egyptians had been around. Many draw characters of Egypt based off of the gods and creatures of its mythology but lack in the phoenix department. So I thought what the heck, I will do one. Much better than anticipated. No errors with the pen at all. Yay!
