Hey there everybody, been working on this for a bit and it's finally done.

To go with the reference sheets of Petie & Andrew we have everybody's favorite girly little Riolu Jules Elapsi.

Standing 3'3" Jules is the shortest member of Team Pre-K... despite this he serves as the physical muscle of Team Pre-K believe it or not. Here we see him front to back (complete with cute chubby baby booty) along sides various hairstyles he sports. Since he didn't get his haircut often growing up (nobody in the house was good at cutting hair right and he insisted on waiting so as not to strain the family's money) Jules is used to having it nice and long. Thanks to his big sisters he's almost more than used to having it in some girly style, often complete with bows. Next to that we see him sporting three pairs of undies, girly cotton panties, big boy briefs, and thick, crinkly pink diapees... feel free to guess which ones he wears more~

To complete this we have three rows of outfits, the first two being hand-me-downs from Jules's big sisters Luna (tomboy) and Dela (girly). Due to the size difference Jules usually wears the kind of stuff his sisters wore in daycare and kindergarten, but he's been doing it so long it's pretty much normal for him... that or Stockholm Syndrome.

The first row are Luna's old clothes, stuff suiting a little tomboy girl whose family can't spend much on outfits. Jules wore these whenever he was out of the home growing up and is completely comfortable in them even if they do nothing to reduce how girlish he looks. The second row is Dela's old clothes and fitting the discount princess she was at age. Jules wore these around the house (to save wear & tear on the boyish outfits) growing up and whenever he played dress-up with his sister (aka they dolled him up and taught him make-up, hairstyling, and other things you'd share with your little sis). The last row is Jules's most recent outfits... the first two being adorable baby outfits he was given as gives (for a certain Lugia and Mew mother daughter pair) and the second two being boy clothes Petie went out of his way to buy for his best friend to try and reduce the number of people who mistook Jules for a girl... so far it hasn't helped.
