Terms of Service

By reading this and commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Exceptions are negotiable, but most requests that violate my TOS will recieve a warning, but otherwise be ignored.

Once you Read the TOS please fill this out:

Username: Your Username Please, also a link to your page if by email.
Character(s) References and Names: Please provide links or attachements of the characters you want to see drawn. If I am creating a character for you please be a descriptive as you can.
Personality details: If they are needed for the artwork.
Description: Tell me what you want, what you really, really want.
Method of Payment: Paypal, money order (please be careful when you mail these)

I will send you back the price and put you in the queue.

What I draw: Humans, anthros, ferals, monsters, Five Nights at Freddy, Undertale, Steven Universe, various cartoons and creatures of all sorta really.
What fetishes I draw: Sex in general, BDSM, tentacles, goo monsters, ink monsters, plushies, transformation, mild non-sexual gore, body horror, gay, lesbian, trans, bisexual, whatever sexual, multiple partners, macro, micro, muscle, etc
(Usually best to ask about fetish stuff just to check with me)
What I will not draw- scat, pee, adult babies, extreme hyper, death, extreme gore, musk, extreme gore, inflation...

You, the commissioner reserves all right to re-upload, and use the commission however tickles your fancy, but please note...
-I must receive credit for the work.
-Do not alter outside of resizing, cropping, or adding text for icons and such.
-I have the right to use the art for examples and for my gallery. If you REALLY wish to keep your art private, we can talk about things.

If I must cancel or postpone a commission I will let you know, try to refrain from asking if it's finished yet, until it has been one week with no progress, or update. Check my queue for updates on your slot.
I can complete the commission without updating you, BUT if you want updates this is usually the process.
-I will alert you when I am starting the commission.
- I will present the rough sketch pose with a watermark to you
- I will present the fleshed out sketch with a watermark to you
-I will present the lineart with a watermark to you
- I will present the finished product to you with a watermark
I will not change anything after the fleshed out sketch, if it wasn't a mistake on my part I will only allow 2 changes, mistakes will have unlimited changes. Do not take the previews and try to edit them and try to get out of paying if I find out I WILL take action.

I work full time, so if I must cancel for any reason you will get a full refund, no questions. If you cancel while I started my artwork I will give partial,If before hand you get a full refund.
Please give me time to refund you, I may not be able to hand over the money immediately.
FINISHED ARTWORK IS NON REFUNDABLE.
