"Hey Merlin, I need some help putting lipstick on a dog."
This is Queen Admaria, a minor character of mine who appeared in 'The Dark Angel' ( http://www.projectfuturecomic.com/d.....hp?strip=cover )
She now shares the throne with King Fairwater. Normally easygoing and pleasant, Admaria has a few issues* and has been known to occasionally lapse into Evil Mode. This is characterised by her switching to a sort of "evil goth succubus" look, chiefly black PVC and latex, an outfit which she wears when doing something unpleasant, like mourning, sentencing a criminal to death, or attending an execution. (It's easy to wash the blood off PVC and latex afterwards).
For balance I should really also post her in a happy mood, but the 'Black Queen' look is more interesting.

Pencils by her, ink and colour by me. Help with the lipstick was provided by
merlin-the-bruce and also by studying Fa'Lina from the DMFA comic.
*(Being made to watch when her dear old dad, King Ordros the Round, had her mother beheaded for 'treason' may have knocked a screw loose)

Fairwater is normally in charge, but she rules in his absence.
Also, the picture is exaggerating a little for dramatic effect... she's not normally this bad, and typically the only time she'd execute for a first offence is if that first offence was soul-stealing, murdering a member of the royal family, killing someone just because they're a Being/Creature etc. Things which Fairwater would also kill for.
That's not to say she hasn't got into an emotional loop and tried to do something unconstitutional, but there's nearly always an advisor or someone else to talk her down or overrule her if she's clearly not thinking straight.
