Believe it or not I've always wanted to give Ariel's family members a spot to shine, but I never got a good look for Aquata that wasn't just Ariel but with a Dib sized head.

Oh, the red skin thing, well, Ariel and Aquata's species, mermaids, come in two races, blue skins, and red skins. Their parents are a Blue, and a red, resulting in both children having different traits of both (Ariel has Red mermaid's longer claws, and strait shoulder fins, while Aquata have a blue's shorter claws and curved fins) and both a blue's and Reds other natural abilities, electricity and venomous fangs, though not as strong as a full blood.

Ariel also can control sealife Ala Aquaman but this is due to the royal bloodline....Not joking either.
