Well he isn't that specialized in physical strength, so just about male adult I think.
But he does have heavy weight, so if he got into a brawl that heavy wight would be advantage for him

I always thought he was tiny version was his normal size, I guess it differs per scenario, like he starts of small in the games I think? He has a pretty average height actually I see but seems his build, short limbs and wide round body, he's got a lot of volume and thus he's also very heavy heh, fun stuff!
Ah as for the tail dropping thing, lizards have these specific segments that make it easy to drop. Looks like fleshy round spikes in ring on the outside of the separation area.
