Shortcuts were one of things that I was most concerned about, though I'm glad it wasn't really that big of a deal. Drawing and redrawing everything would've taken too much time, especially when the main focus on these strips is the writing and not so much my cruddy art haha.
While checking my comments, I came here to yours, and ended up looking over the image again. I then immediately went out to the kitchen for some food :-P
And no, the shortcuts allowed for more frames. It's all good. Besides, I like his deep chest and rump I also like the idea of different species becoming friends.
