Velkaden wrote a little story inspired by this. With Princess Twilight instead of plain unicorn Twilight, but still, here it is:Spike sighed as he laid eyes on Princess Twilight Sparkle. The regal Alicorn looked more like an oversized foal as she lay on the bed, her discolored and swollen diaper protruding from between her hind legs.
Seemingly oblivious to the mass of urine attached to her rump, the Alicorn was happily writing her latest friendship report.
Spike entered the room with foal powder and other changing supplies. He wrinkled his nose as the pungent odor of stale urine hit him.
"Princess of Friendship, you still wet the bed and you can't change your own diapers." Spike sighed as he began to pull away the diaper's tapes with their foalish sun and moon design.
