Prior is what he would like to call a "Voluntary Drifter". He has no permanent address and tends to sleep on the streets most nights. He has a couple of friends he will chat with every once in a while, but since he doesn't have a phone plan, he resorts to chilling in coffee shops for free Wi-Fi. There, he will usually grab a snack with the little change in his pocket, bum a charge port, and have a couple of conversations. He also likes to annoy a certain Pom Pup while he is out in about, sending messages such as "What're you wearing?" just to get her riled up
