(Part 1 of 3)

Awhile back, I hopped in to a nice big trade with my DA buddy, RBM-Ink : http://rbm-ink.deviantart.com/

So how did this come to be? Well...

Jacqueline (the opossum girl in the middle) has it out for the corrupt company of LaRose, a group with a great deal of money and power over Keeton city. They often partake in illicit arms deals, among other illegal activities, and she wants to expose them for their crimes!

What's the best way to do this? With a bit of sneakiness, of course!

Jacqueline hires on Jasper (the kangaroo next to her) to participate in an illegal fighting ring that LaRose has connections with, acting as his sponsor. For added security, she takes along her friend Violette and hires some of the brave Homeheroes, Lea, Melissa, and Iggy! Unfortunately, her attempts fall short, and LaRose is immediately on to her scheme. Once her entire company arrives at the location for the fight, a group of LaRose goons ambushes the lot of them, and takes the opportunity to teach Jaq and her friends just what happens to fursons who try to get the better of a powerful group like LaRose.


So, yeah, this was a very fun concept to work with :) I'm always a fan of the silly scenes where the villains in cartoons captures and tickles a group of heroes for interrogation/punishment, and I got to do a massive version of such here! All of the characters were very fun to draw, and I'm really glad that I finally got to work more with RMB's wonderful characters. I really hope to do more with them in the future!
