Okay, the badge itself looks like that photo booth part (only a bit bigger) in the middle but for displaying purposes I wanted to get closer to the headshots but also avoid a loooooong and narrow upload. ;p

Heh! I used the photo-booth conceit myself. It’s a classic!
Being the meticulous sort I am, though, I spent an inordinate amount of time rummaging through the Web looking for the actual specs and some examples, so I could get it just right. I’m obsess—er, stubborn that way.
