Sitting around all day programming, be it for work or for pleasure (both of which are reasons Andrew does so), and eating nothing but chimichangas and burritos has an effect on one's figure. (as evidenced by Andy's beginning bulge in his belly)

Either he hasn't noticed or he doesn't care, but it doesn't look like his habits are changing any time soon.
