Oh you were SO CLOSE with this one! This one ACTUALLY could have been good! If these writers had not made a certain decision midway through that nuked the episode's quality, then yeah, it could have been decent. Maybe not GOOD per se, but not abysmal like this one. This episode, halfway through, loses all sense of what it's trying to do. It's supposed to be an environmental episode. Buuuuut midway through it shifts its entire attention to saving the Krusty Krab. You're kidding me. So now its saying the Krusty Krab is more important than the environment? Despite it being important enough to attack the highway!? How... pretentious... can you be...? There are other problems, but I think the notes and my future full review sums it up nicely enough...
