Hooooly shit this one... okay um... it's because of this and the other CODE Black that failed to crack my bottom five of the season that is making me seriously reconsider what that order will be. Actually it's making me reconsider my whole ordering of my bottom 20 of the entire series... I honestly... dunno where to put this travesty... I don't even think I gave it enough points! I simply... LOATHE this episode. No other way to put it...

I hate modern Spongebob myself... they're not as good as the first 2 seasons. Squidward became more of an annoyance when annoyed now, Spongebob and Patrick got even more... wacky and Mr. Krabs' antagonized for his continuing and ever growing greed for money. I completely antagonized him in my point of view in that episode where he fired Spongebob so he can save a LOUSY PENNY! I know it's a kids show but it LACKS a lot of stuff that makes it enjoyable!
While I agree that seasons 4-9 have nothing on 1-3 overall... 4-9 DOES have some good episodes in them... in 6-8 alone, I rated 48 of them positively... That's a THIRD of that run...
Seasons 1-3 are not perfect either. I think between those 3 seasons I rated 17 of them negatively overall.
And ah yes. Spongebob, You're Fired... THAT I will tear to shreds once season 9 is finally done... They really are taking their sweet 'ol time with it aren't they...?
