A colored version of one of my finest drawings. Took me all day today just to do the digital shading. I even missed the Super Bowl show, not saying I would want to watch it but was interested. The one on my deviantart page has a white background. link here, http://dufasdan.deviantart.com/art/.....ored-111536694.

Thank you. It took me 8 hours to draw with a pen and three days to color and shade. No pencil was ever used. I was so bored at work at the university gym and I was taking a break surfing the net and I saw nothing but side profiles of Nisroch (by whom I was googling on a whim) and I thought 'it is high time a front or 3/4 view is made on this cool Sumerian deity. LOL, aye.
Yes very true. In the British Museum is a greek coin from about 300bc which has a woman that looks exactly like Ishtar on it, but apparently is Aphrodite.
BTW, the symbol of Ishtar, the one that looks like a double helix, is prelivent in Egyptian hieroglypthics, just it's not on the Roseta Stone.

How about this one, aye http://www.catchpenny.org/abydos.html. I was like, 'huh'. I even saw a Sumerian carving that looked like a scene from sci-fi where someone was being cloned. ^\/^
This is the Wikipedia version http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abydos,_Egypt scroll down to the section called "Others".
Cool, Stargate. And once again a group of American professors screwed something up. LOL. The show I watched had a few archeologists talk on the subject saying how it was all this and what have you. One was from Harvard and another from UCLA. I guess the one from UCLA should of been the red flag for the show. LOL. ^\/^.
I once heard a joke from one of my professors who is not that removed and is not afraid to comment on the condition of most professors these days.
He joked and said 'It is from personal experience and my conclusion that some of the brightest and most brilliant of individuals are also the biggest dumbasses as well'.
He also refered to the professors at UCLA as 'The wackos'.
LOL^23. ^\/^.

LOL. My 12th grade English teacher was voted most likely to be mistaken for a student. The reason is that she was graduated with a degree at a relatively young age for teaching (21) and, though her fifth year at the time, she looks like she is 16 or 17. I swear to God the funniest thing she mentioned is that one of the new freshmen guys asked her out on a date and as to what middle school she was from. LOL^78. ^\/^.
LOL. It was never in the yearbook, but an unofficial vote stated that I was most likely to become a billionaire. I was such a bloody geek in high-school. LOL. I hope they are right though. LOL. I was also refered to as the walking encyclopedia. I just have that tendency to hold a lot of information and memory and just spew facts a lot. LOL. And it does'nt hurt to have an IQ of 198. Then again that IQ test was taken years ago in the early 90s in a state mandatory test. And we all know how reliable state tests have been in the last 50 years. LOL.
Check out the fanart that someone did on my Nisroch. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2109653/ My eagle deity has been Yu-Gi-Oh-ized. LOL. ^\/^.
Someone made a game featuring the first clutch of larva eggs http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2112743
Meep! Think I'll just stick to playing them rather then think of designing them. I came up with a brilliant idea for a Doom 3 mod, but while my idea would have been entertaining (though less then original I will admit), my skills in using their building kit was, well, pathetic.
I heat ya. As much as I am noted as a genius and savant at my university, I sucked hard at coding. LOL. And when it comes to Adobe Photoshop, most rarely go past using the usual few tools and brushes. I know a great artist by the name of Gary Tonge who is a master of digital painting, and has even wrote a book on it (Bold Visions), who openly admits he rarely comes close to using even 10% of what the software offers. It all comes down to preference after all, aye. LOL.
The problem with being a savant and a genius is that I lack initiative and wisdom to do anything with it. I spend so much time collecting information that I scarce have room to do anything worthwhile with it or time to learn how to communicate effectively and efficiently. So I am like an encyclopedia, but encyclopedias just sit on shelves unless needed at one point. What job these days requires a know it all. LOL.
Where would you have your capital at. I personally choose the Midwest United States because there is enough room and flat land in the open plains to make an expansive and grand capital as far as the eye can see with an expansive palace in the middle. The only trouble though is the tornados. LOL.
At about 45 seconds into this you can see it well. It is where the nemesis of the game and anime, Nene, keeps his headquarters at and plots evil. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSK4XP68t74
It looks like this. http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Im.....7s_Lookout.jpg ^\/^.
Not unless you have your servants carry you around the palace while in your special chair so you would not have to move or get lost. Just like in the movie 300. Here is a comic full picture http://metropolitician.blogs.com/sc....._300Xerxes.jpg and the movie still of the close up of the chair http://knowyourmeme.com/system/phot....._Me_Rollin.jpg LOL. ^\/^.
Yeah, and don't forget that the battle plan mentioned in the movie was actually from an great Athenian general and tactician. If anything, the Spartans were their because they were participating like all the other Greek nations. And they sent only 300 because they were so sure of their abilities that they figured if the Athenians and Thebans and what not were putting in so many warriors (and they are all weak pansies in their mind) then they only really needed 300 to beat the Persians. LOL. ^\/^.
Of course, that doesn't make for a cool movie. I found it annoying that Iran slammed the film saying that the their ancient ancestors, the Persians, were cast as monsters and mindless killers and sex fiends, and yet they've done everything in their power to suppress their own history. Seems to me it was just an excuse to criticise Amercia. Like recently when Obama offered at least the chance to talk and the Iranian president just threw it back at him.
A lot of emotions can be controlled in such a way. And, unfortunately, the circle of hate can be found in any country. Just look at congress. I simply wish they spend less time arguing and whining like spoiled children for what they want and focus more on helping the people which is their job (and that is every lot of them too). LOL. ^\/^.
I hear ya. Most of the time, over here, when they want to renovate an area it is either they or their friends have businesses in the area and want to improve them or they plan to have a business there and want to drive out those who can not afford the rising value of the land which ends up lowering the price of making new business there. ^\/^.
Sounds like politicians. LOL. Similar things happen in business. The near by movie theater here spent a load of money on new menus displayed on LCD HD televisions going across over 20 feet, an overhaul of the concessions to make it more Post Modern, got a new IMAX theater with the finest in sound equipment and spent zilch on new and / or improved customer service and instead kept the ones that they have who do nothing and act like social deviates during high traffic while the managers sit down on chairs in plain sight. Everyone would rather have more and faster and better workers, and the IMAX than the option applied. LOL. ^\/^.
I have oddball friends myself. One is a girl who reads comics focused on vampires and had a mowhawk once and others including a guy who watches the oddest anime and cartoons that he gets through some odd program that rips it from the airwaves in HD quality, and a guy who, in the Sims, made a family consisting of Hermoine and Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter who are happily married and have two kids with, one of whom, is married to Pyramid Head from that horror game that takes place in a town. LOL. ^\/^.
Silent Hill, though unfortunately the Amercianisation of the franchise has ruined Pyramid Head. He is to Silent Hill as Pinhead is to Hellraiser and it shouldn't be so. Pyramid Head appeared in Silent Hill 2 as the Otherworld's personification of the protagonists anger and destructive tendincies, just as the sexy nurses were a personification of his sexual repression. Now both have to appear if almost by contract in any Silent Hill game.
Of course, I've never played any of them since they haven't been released for the PC.
Yes, I have friends who are very different from the norm. One is a 54 year old woman (I used to work with her) who is utterly mad, which is fun. Mad in a good way of course.

Geez, sounds like congress. No matter what you give them they always bitch and complain like little children. It is more like a kindergarten than a government building. LOL. If you like making houses more than using them then had you ever thought about architecture programs to use or some other program or game that uses the home design concept to fruition? *silly, happy and pleased face* http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2138819
Sounds cool. Have you sold any stories yet. These days would be like the days of old when a great author usually rises from obscurity by selling short stories or similar writings by selling them at low prices. A good example was then Mark Twain started by selling short stories for a dime during a recession. It was during this era that he and others gave rise to the dime novel. I doubt a dime would cut it these days but I am sure you get where I am heading. ^\/^.
I tried it out on Word first to make easy and quick fixes. Plus this site is cool too. http://www.text-image.com/convert/ .

At the moment I can not afford such luxuries having been out of a job for a while. If I had a job, I would buy chocolate yes, but not the eggs. After all, chocolate is chocolate no matter the shape and the stores price holiday items higher than normal items. LOL. I do like Hershey's Nuggets and Reeses candy. ^\/^.
