I commissioned it.
Rook is the Charr chieftain of his tribe. He shelters those how can not defend themselves. He is really nice and gentle but Rook well not hesitate for a second to strike down anyone who threatens his people. His shurikens are equipped with shrinking vemom. The Target by those blades would be shrunk down and meet their fate by Rooks paws.
