Askalar is the ancient snow kingdom, which belonged in former times to the Ice Dragons. Its territory is surrounded by the ridges of the mountains, "Gates" of Askalar are mountain passes.
In the heart of the kingdom tend to sky two highest mountains - Peak and Endless. They are so high that they are visible from any point Askalar`s territories and even near its borders. There is a city inside these Two Mountains, the city gave warmth and shelter to those who was in need. Titles Two Mountains are obliged to their appearance (when someone mentions both mountains at the same time, need say: "Two Mountains"). Lower mountain is called Peak because of this mountain is unnaturally steep. The top of the second mountain is always hidden by clouds, and it seems that this mountain has no end. Hence is the name - Endless. No one has seen (and those who have seen, are dead) the peak of the Endless mountain. Circling clouds only give rise to more and more assumptions about what is hidden above the clouds.
Askalar was a such developed and big kingdom that dragons could hardly cope with their responsibilities. Eternal cold, snow and wind with its monstrous force, the various plots against the Ice Dragons, and their own greed, all of these facts led the Askalar kingdom to inevitable destruction.
Now, a snow-covered ruins and tales of elders of tribal, scattered over vast areas, can tell about former greatness of the snow kingdom.
Now you can see that these mountains are shown in my logo, covers by an another figure - the silhouette of the Ice Dragon.
