I am aware that you said no changes, but... Would it be possible to have it as bandages around the chest with a littlebit of nipslip instead of a bra? Same with say perhaps a digit on the micro's head as she's pushing it them down into her cleavage? I understand that would probably be extra if anything.
This is what his little thing is.
