Realized it had been a super long time since I looked over this, and it needed a few tweaks to bring it into the modern age XD Nothing major, I took out the part about mailing original artwork (since all my stuff is digital now), updated the first bit from "8.5x11" JPG" to "High-res PNG", which in my detailed paintings in often as large as 12x15"... and I pruned a whole bunch of stuff that was just me being wordy and weird back when I wrote it, haha.

Understandable Ermine, gotta update these every once in a while. I do have one question regarding the copyrighted characters, does that mean you won't draw Pokemon or other video game characters/species?

Ehh, it's a pretty grey area to be honest. I know certain companies are much more uptight about their copyrighted characters than others, and it probably makes a difference whether the art is PG or adult, too. Generally I don't have a problem with drawing PG pictures of copyrighted characters, except some where I just don't like the design or I don't think the style will mesh at all with my own. I might be willing to draw adult art of *some* characters. I guess I probably don't need to have it on the "won't-draw" list, I just prefer to approach it on a cautious and case-by-case basis.
Copyrighted species are generally ok, I think, though again there might be exceptions. I've drawn a couple pictures of Charr characters and of course some Pokemon fanart, and would happily do more :3
