Dr. Sanja with her nurses, AJ and Alex, and since Sanja is 4'6" vs. Shiloh who is 7'5", so Shiloh today is having her medical exam and Sanja just needs to get her temperature from her mouth. She had to use her small step stool but is still too short, so she had help from Alex holding her so she wouldn't lose her balance. AJ came by holding a needle ready to draw her blood but Sanja, again, who is afraid of needles freaked out again making AJ lose his grip and drops it right on top of Alex's foot, ouch! Her flinched cause Dr. Sanja land face right between Shiloh's DD pillows while AJ casually flies away cause he did nothing wrong.
