This is basically my real-life reaction from back at FWA '08 when I literally almost RAN OVER Twile while turning a corner in the dealer's den.
This is basically my little testament to internet induced pre-misconceptions. XD I knew he was going to be there, so I was looking all over trying to spot his name on all of the taller guy's badges. Then suddenly, BAM, I turned a corner and there was a guy with 2-3 badges of a big fuzzy red dragon pinned to himself in front of me and... he was shorter than me!! XD
Huuuuh... or maybe I'm just tall and don't realize it? ^.^;;
I dunno... I thought it was funny... X3

Well they're mostly long opinion voicings and what not. I had kind of expected you to look like the Angry Video Game Nerd, but a little taller. As for personality... I dunno I just kinda figured since you have the energy to write all that you'd be more... boistrous. But you're pretty quiet, not that I have much room to talk when it comes to quietude.
Yeah, pretty much the same as me then. I can't even IM people half the time cause I just get this feeling like "They don't wanna get bothered by you, go away" x3 Which usually turns out to be wrong when the person in question contacts me instead, but, can't be right all the time (not that I'd want to about that)
Most liquor stores and convenience stores have it too. Or you could get a pencil and a tape measurer. Stand against a wall as upright as you can, and mark with the pencil as levelly as you can on the wall. Then take the tape measurer and extend it out. Press one end to the floor and keep it flush as you extend it to match the mark on the wall. Read the measurement on the tape. :3
I wonder how much of a phenomenon this is? I met someone IRL at a con that I'd know of online for a long time, with a short avatar / persona / main character. And he towered like 1.5 feet above me. Another who's got a really chubby avatar, and IRL he's a beanpole. How much unlike their meatspace selves do furries typically go? Interesting.
hmm... well, I'd say my initial impression (before you knew who I was) matched my thoughts relatively well... but for reasons similar to what I just stated to Roco, I can't quite recall where my thoughts used to lie anymore, so it's hard to say now. But I'm pretty sure you still met most of my expectations when I actually met you later on.
Ah the internet conceptions we give people. It usually ends up being exaggerated from what reality is. Then when they meet the real thing the conceptions forever broken for better or worse.
Strange enough I picture you as a red head with curly hair, freckles, and probably around 5' 8" Pretty much think Ron from Harry Potter.

I'd tell you, but I saw that picture (which I naturally assumed to be you) that was with your voice meme, so whatever I used to think has completely vanished from my imagination XP

I remember running into Twile myself at AC.. can't remember if it was last one or one before that tho. He is rather small.. an -seriously- damn cute. I mean.. apparently the fuzzydragon-cuteness rubbed off on him somewhere. :D I'd love to run into him again really, just not sure what con I'll be at next, heh. An I do still remember running into the Sefra at MFF before. He's somewhat tall, yes. But also really cute. :}

Glad ya like it, and no problems on the late notice, until just last week I was behind by about 3500 submissions, so I know the feeling. ^.^;;

Hida was like, a foot taller than me. Or at least it felt like that. Granted, given my height that's not -too- hard, but... yeah, incredibly backwards. Nobody should have to look UP to see Hida, unless they're flicking him up like a peanut or hacky sac.
