Anyone who doesn't consider food art hasn't been served the right food.
Not that there is anything wrong with a "rustic" plop of casual comfort food on your plate.
Composing a dish is often times like painting. You to find the right way of keeping flavors, textures and temperatures in balance. When you plate you have to be mindful of contrasting colours sizes and shapes of the food you want to serve. The right dish served with care can look like a masterpiece.
You can't tell me that ain't art!
