This is my Terms of Service:
This is a Must Read Note for everyone that is either going to be commissioning or trading with me. Please read all of the following rules so that you may retrieve your commission or your trade as promised.

!ALL DRAWING BELONG TO ME!

Commissioning Rules:
- "The customer is always right" is a big factor for me in the commissioning world. I want to make sure that you, the commissioner is 100% satisfied with your art piece. Even if that means restarting completely! A fee will be asked but it's only $5. If you can't pay the fee, your art will be put on hold until it is paid. You will be given 4 weeks to pay the fee and if it isn't paid, the art piece will be deleted and you'll be getting your money back.
- I don't have a set time on when the art piece will be finished because I have a job. It might take one day or it make take a couple of weeks. Apologizes will be coming your way if it takes more than 2 weeks for finish your art piece.
- Payment must be sent before I work on your art piece! There are no if, ands or buts about it! I will not work on your art piece until payment is retrieved. I will let you know once I've retrieved it. I can also send you W.I.Ps(work in progress) of your art piece if you'd like.
- If you'd like a Speedpaint Video, there is a $5 fee. You can pick any song that you'd like and I will try to upload the video onto YouTube the same day I send you your art piece. You don't have to have a Speedpaint Video with your art piece, it's an option. But please let me know that you'd like it to be recorded before I work on your art piece.
- You are allowed to post my art as long as you credit me! If you do not credit me, I will as you kindly to please add credit where it is due. If you fail to credit me, you will not receive art from me in the future until you've fixed your mistake. I will be keeping a list of everyone that hasn't put credit where it's due. So please, credit me if you're going to post the art piece.

What I Will/Will Not Draw:
- I can draw Not Safe For Work(NSFW) drawings for you. I don't mind at all in all honesty! I need the practice. Also, the price for NSFW drawings Do Not change! The price is the exact same! Please keep that in mind!
-I Will Not draw humans! I'm not good at drawing anything human related. This also goes for anything monkey related as well. So, please do not ask me to draw a human or monkey type character. I will say no.

Art Trading Rules:
- I love doing Art Trades in all honesty, but people have broken my trust in the past. Whenever my Art Trades are open, you must show me your art work first. I'm not picky with art, I love all kinds of art! If I do end up picking you for a trade, you MUST send me your half first. I am willing to sit and wait for a couple of months but, after 2 months of waiting, I will look for another person to trade with.
- You can trade with me twice every year. I need to give everyone a chance! Do not argue with me if you're not picked. If you try to pick a fight with me or someone that has got picked to trade with me, you will get one warning to stop. If it continues, you will not be able to trade with me for a very long time.
- You are allowed to post my art as long as you credit me! If you do not credit me, I will as you kindly to please add credit where it is due. If you fail to credit me, you will not receive art from me in the future until you've fixed your mistake. I will be keeping a list of everyone that hasn't put credit where it's due. So please, credit me if you're going to post the art piece.

Payment Methods:
- You must pay me first before retrieving your art piece. Here are the following payment methods that I use:
Google Wallet, Facebook, and PayPal. PayPal is my main source of payment.
- I will be giving you a link to my PayPal so that you can easily send the money. You have 5 business days to pay for you art piece. If I haven't received the payment after those days, I'll be cancelling your commission.

Tips/Extra Payment:
- You are allowed to give me a bit more money than I asked for you if you'd like. All payments will be going into food, gas, and bills. So thank you in advance. You don't have to give tips, but they always put a huge smile on my face when give.
- If you give me a tip that's over $20, you will receive free art from me. It will be a full body drawing with a head shot that you can set as your icon if you'd like.
