Dudley Puppy parodying the famous scene and line from Die Hard.

This just really came out nowhere. I was doing a completely different drawing when I lost focus with that one and started coming up with ideas that lead to this. I wanted to draw a pic showing that Dudley has been through hell but is ready for whatever more comes his way. I googled pictures of the 2013 Lara Croft because he has some good pictures of this person that even though their cut up, beaten, and bruised can still go on fighting and that lead me to thinking of John McClane and how he looks like hell at the end of every Die Hard movie. I went through lots of pictures of him before finally picking this one scene, which is one of my most favorite parts of the movie.

For the parody story, while Kitty is on a cruise, Dudley visits his mother at her new job at Nakaturtle plaza. Bored out of his mind, Dudley leaves the party and goes wandering around the building. Not long after he leaves the building is seized and controlled by Henreich "Hens" Gruber and a group of so called "terrorists". Now Dudley must fight them all alone and save the hostages, with no Tuff Forces able to enter without setting off explosives at the exits.
