When you get to the part where Kevin spikes the tea you need to say "What did you put in the tea?"
Then you have to reiterate with "What. Did. You. Put. In. The. Tea."
After that you have to say "You've been suspicious since the beginning."

I don't remember everything before that but this is the scene that confused me because you
essentially have to be a dick to Kevin.

Hello! There is one more small game - christmas special for the first. Now we are working hard on spin-off, right now nothing more is not planned, but possibly, when we finish it, we'll start some new project.

Only gotten two endings so far, but I LOVE it! The story is so great and I love the choices! Besides a couple spelling errors, it was essentially perfect from what I saw. I can't wait to see more!

^^^This. Chris and Scott are my OTP. Like Vincent is adorable and all but Chris is just so many kinds of cool and suave. Like first encounter with Chris you could just straight up feel he was gentler than he lead on, and Scott's reactions were adorable.

Thank you for translating it to English. I did very much enjoy the game while trying to find all the endings. It wasn't always obvious and it took some time to figure it all out. I like that it put the story above the dating aspect. You did all a great job on this. I'd love to see the sequel being translated as well.

Wow, that sure was awesome NV. At first I was like "aww, another school themed game", but then plot got really interested and after I saw "bad ending" I was like WUUUT. How? What-? Playing for the 2nd time made me realize that I accidently missed entire plot with Tim lol.

I loved it! My only complaint was that there was no tree showing you what choices you have or have not made and where to help find all the endings. Other then that it was wonderful.

It really *is* a branching novel, where almost every decision I make has a direct impact on the outcome of the novel. This is, in my opinion, how a visual novel should work, and I can't applaud you and everyone who helped creating Great Troubles enough for their efforts. Loved it!

I think there is a bug with the games save files, I save on every option to make a decision, and when i go to select a load file it only shows 1/3 of what I actually saved, and they are not in the order of saving them.

also upon closing the game and restarting it at another time, the acheivements and galleries i have unlocked will be locked again, except for the early ones, all the sex scenes will have been locked again

The problem with this though seems to be that it just kind of reverses the issue, now i have the same problem but with Save instead. It's not that big of an issue though, as one can just choose load, then the page one wants, then switch back to Save and save in a slot before changing pages. Seems to work for me at least.

As long as saves actually save there shouldn't be much of a problem anyway, since the renaming works (albeit bloody tedious >.<)

Oh wow, I wasn't expecting such great storytelling and depth from a furry yaoi visual novel, especially one that takes place in the fairly cliche high school setting. I was surprised to see how dark some of the paths ended up (especially with the unexpected deaths and the arrest), and I was quite shocked at the rape scene (and I commend your team for handling this subject matter seriously and depicting the traumatic nature of it, unlike most other art involving this subject in the furry community).

The character development was especially wonderful, with most of the characters having so much more depth than you're led on to first believe. My favourite character has to be Vincent; he really is a kind and caring person who is hard not to love. I am especially fond of the scene where Scott and Vincent stay up at night, talking away while sitting next to each other on the bed (as depicted in the above image) - it's truly a warm and endearing moment

Gameplay-wise, I thought this visual novel was well done as well (though it was a bit cryptic at times). I really appreciate how clues are given in each path which hint towards choices you should make in future play-throughs (such as how you learn not to trust certain characters after you piece together some clues).

Anyway, great job, all of you! I hope to see more from you guys!

After... an extended playing time and hunting down every ending I want to say you're doing a great job and the story is actually compelling. Vincent needs his endings, but there needs to be a different storyline for if you chose not to get involved into the mysteries and only want a story with a bit of romance(or a lot) and things naturally happening around you but not really affecting you.
If it comes to donations to keep this visual novel updated and in production I'd be willing to do so.

I just wanted to say I love this game so much. Like, SO MUCH. I played it months ago and it was such an amazing experience from beginning to end!
The story is amazing and the characters are so developed and simply adorable, even the meaner ones were still likeable and I love that. The perfect ending made me really emotional, I love it so much!! I played both Great Troubles and I Promise and it was such an amazing experience, both of them. I came across your game, and it looks so good I was wanting to play it, but I was running into the same issue with the language. The options menu appears to be in English but all the text within the game is not. In the lower left hand corner, there is an image for language but there doesn't appear to be any working way to change it.

Hey! Programmer here, looks like the issue is indeed present. However, 1.1 is an old build and sources for it have been lost, so I can't fix it. Alas, no other solution except waiting for an updated version which is in the works.

I absolutely loved this game and played it until i got all the endings. But something i noticed is that i have all of the gallery pictures unlocked except one, its the one on the bottom left on the second page. i was wondering how i could get that one. other than that i loved this game and "i promise!" as well.
